A) Email (CAN-SPAM)

If you opt in to email updates, we will send newsletters, weekly meal plan inspiration, new recipe alerts, seasonal nutrition guides, and occasional promotional messages.

B) SMS (TCPA)

If you opt in to receive texts, you consent to receive recurring automated or pre-recorded marketing or informational messages from SDAMG at the phone number provided.

6. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive limited profile information (name, email, profile picture) to create and manage your account. We use Google OAuth in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We do not access your Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google data beyond basic profile.

You can revoke SDAMG's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions

7. Meal Plan Data

If you take the meal plan quiz, your responses are used to generate personalized recommendations. This data is stored securely in your account (if signed in) or in a session (if not signed in). Meal plans can be exported as PDF for your personal use. We may use aggregated, de-identified quiz data to improve our recommendation algorithms.

8. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, and as described in this Policy.

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
  • Quiz responses and meal plans: retained as part of your account data
