Please read these terms carefully before using SDAMG services. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use the Services.
3. Important: Informational Only — No Medical or Dietary Advice
All content and communications provided through the Services (including meal plans, recipes, food information, articles, email, and SMS) are for general informational and educational purposes only.
- We are not a medical provider, registered dietitian practice, or licensed nutrition clinic.
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Meal plans generated by our quiz are based on general dietary guidelines and your stated preferences — they are not personalized clinical nutrition plans.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have food allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant or nursing.
- If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
NO CLINICIAN–PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
4. Your Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Access or use the Services in a way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Rely on meal plans or food information as a substitute for professional dietary advice
- Submit false allergy or dietary restriction information that could affect recommendations shown to you
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Email, and SMS Communications
A) Email
By providing your email address and opting in, you agree to receive emails from SDAMG, including newsletters and occasional promotional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
B) SMS / Text Messages — Key Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from SDAMG (marketing and/or transactional), consistent with your selections. These messages may include:
- Weekly meal plan ideas and recipe suggestions
- New recipe and food guide notifications
- Seasonal nutrition tips and healthy eating reminders
- Marketing communications and promotional offers from SDAMG and our partners
- Account and subscription notifications
- Support and service updates

Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation message.
Help: Reply HELP or contact hello@sdamg.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
6. Mobile Messaging Program Terms (SMS) — Addendum
This section applies if you opt in to receive SMS/text messages (the "SMS Program").
6.1 Consent and Authorization
You authorize SDAMG to send you recurring automated text messages at the number you provide. Message types may include nutrition tips, meal plan ideas, recipe recommendations, healthy eating reminders, and occasional promotional or partner highlights consistent with your opt-in.
6.2 Revocation / Opting Out
You may revoke consent or opt out at any time by replying with STOP or any other reasonable opt-out request. We will process opt-out requests within a commercially reasonable time and as required by applicable rules.
6.3 Charges and Frequency
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
6.4 Supported Carriers; Delivery
Service may not be available on all carriers or devices. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.5 No Warranty
The SMS Program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee message delivery, timing, or accuracy and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.6 Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6.7 Compliance
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device receiving messages and that you have authority to consent. We may verify your number and compliance with opt-in requirements.
7. Meal Plan Builder & Quiz
The meal plan builder generates recommendations based on general nutrition principles and your quiz responses. These are not clinical prescriptions.
- Accuracy: you are responsible for providing accurate information. Misleading responses may lead to unsuitable recommendations.
- Not professional advice: consult a healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or special dietary requirements.
- Limitations: meal plan suggestions may not account for all individual factors. Always use your judgment and verify ingredient information.
8. PDF Exports
You may export your personalized meal plans as PDF documents for personal use only.
- Exported PDFs are for your personal reference and may not be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- We are not responsible for how you use exported content or for any decisions made based on exported meal plans.
9. User Accounts
Creating an account (including via Google Sign-In) allows you to save meal plans, favorite recipes, and favorite foods. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on our site may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our editorial integrity or recommendations.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Services are owned by or licensed to SDAMG. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as expressly allowed.

13. User Submissions and Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and publish such content. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content (including meal plans, recipes, and food information) is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SDAMG AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO DIETARY DECISIONS, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR RELIANCE ON CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDAMG and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and SDAMG. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

20. Trade Name Notice
"SDAMG" is a trade name of TRAFOLO SPOLKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA. References to "SDAMG," "we," "us," or "our" refer to that entity.
